The Sebastian Hotel and Residence Club has been described as a “breath of fresh air.” Owners enjoy the stylish decor of the homes and find the on-site restaurants to be original and more invigorating than the traditional venues found in Vail.
There are three ownership opportunities at The Sebastian.
- Resort Membership
- Club Membership
- Fixed Week Membership
How it Works
The Resort Membership entitles owners to a minimum of two weeks exclusive usage each year; one week in winter and one week in summer. The Club Membership entitles owners to a minimum of four weeks exclusive usage each year; two weeks in winter and two weeks in summer. Both Resort and Club Members may also enjoy additional “Space Available” and short notice vacations each year for the nominal cost of housekeeping. Selecting your vacation weeks is based on a Priority Reservation system.
There are also a limited selection of Fixed Week Memberships. Fixed week memberships guarantee you the exact same vacation week in the same residence each year.
As an Owner of The Residences at The Sebastian you will have the opportunity to further enhance your ownership experience with Timbers Collection Benefits – a host of perks and privileges from some of the most recognized travel and lifestyle partners in the world including Sentient Jet, Hertz, MedJet Assist and more.
Exchange with Timbers Resorts
