The Hyatt Mountain Lodge is located in Beaver Creek Village just steps from the plaza and year round outdoor skating rink.  Neighboring the Vilar Performing Arts Center, shops and restaurants, you’ll find everything you need is within a quick stroll.  Getting on the mountain to ski couldn’t be much easier.  Simply walk out the front door and cruise down the ski-way to the Elkhorn Lift.   The property has recently been remodeled with furnishings and finishes that have a modern, mountain design.

How it Works

You will purchase a deeded, fractional interest in a studio, two or three bedroom residence.  The 1/20th deeded interest provides owners with a total of 17 days of usage.  You will have one fixed, winter ski week, a floating summer week and an additional 3-4 days to use in the spring or fall.  If you would like to experience a resort vacation outside of Beaver Creek, you can convert your vacation time to points and maximize your ownership by visiting the other Hyatt Residence Clubs or reserving Hyatt hotel rooms around the globe.
