The Residences Bachelor Gulch (formerly Timbers and The Ritz-Carlton Club-Bachelor Gulch) is a true ski-in/ski-out property on Beaver Creek Mountain. This stately mountain lodge is fashioned from hewn timbers, log beams and forged ironwork. Majestic great rooms with floor to ceiling stone fireplaces set the stage for joyful family gatherings and unrivaled experiences. The slope side location is an all-seasons playground for skiing, hiking and mountain biking.
How it Works
The club is comprised of 54, two and three bedroom residences. Members purchase a 1/12th deeded interest to a specific residence. Usage is scheduled on a rotating calendar basis. No complicated points systems. You will know far in advance when your vacation weeks are scheduled. There are two types of memberships; summer and winter. Each guarantees an owner with three weeks of usage and space available time. In addition to usage at The Residences Bachelor Gulch, members have exchange privileges with Elite Alliance giving you access to resort properties found around the globe.
