The Residence Club at the Park Hyatt is perfectly situated at the bottom of Beaver Creek ski area. Both the Centennial Chondola and Buckaroo Express Gondola are mere steps away from the club’s ski valet in the winter. During the summer months the ski area base is transformed into The Beaver Creek Adventure Center. A veritable playground with family fun for all including putt-putt golf, a climbing wall and a bungee trampoline.
Buying a luxury timeshare at The Park Hyatt guarantees that you can return to Beaver Creek, CO year after year without hassle. There are a total of 15, two and three bedroom residences that are part of this exclusive residence club.
How it Works
You will purchase a deeded, fractional interest in a two or three bedroom residence. The usage program works the same as the Hyatt Mountain Lodge also located in Beaver Creek. Owners will have a 1/20th deeded interest which provides you with a total of 17 days of usage. You will have one fixed, winter ski week, a floating summer week and an additional 3-4 days to use in the spring or fall. If you would like to experience a resort vacation outside of Beaver Creek, you can convert your vacation time to points and maximize your ownership by visiting the other Hyatt Residence Clubs or reserving Hyatt hotel rooms around the globe.
