Main Street Station is centrally located in the heart of Breckenridge’s vibrant downtown arts and entertainment district. No need to bring a vehicle because with this premier location you will find everything is within easy reach. Family ski vacations are made simple with on-site ski and snowboard rentals through Charter Sports. The Quick Silver Super Chair is a short walk from the Maggie Pond Plaza and a ride on this six (6) person chair will quickly whisk you to the middle of Peak 9, which is loaded with beginner and intermediate terrain.

The Hyatt Residence Club, Main Street Station consists of 42 beautifully designed and furnished condominium homes with a mix of studio, two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences available to purchase as fractional interests. At The Hyatt Residence Club, Main Street Station you can purchase much or as little vacation time as you can use. Ownership interests start as small as seven (7) days of floating vacation time and expand to include a 17 days of vacation time which is divided up as fixed winter week plus a summer week and three more bonus vacation days.

How It Works

At The Hyatt Residence Club Breckenridge, Main Street Station there are three (3) different levels of ownership which gives you the ability to craft your own personalized membership and vacation package. The three (3) levels of ownership are:

Float Share: A Float Share membership allows you to choose a week in the summer and an additional three (3) days in the Spring/Fall.

Fixed Ski Week: The purchase of a specific, deeded winter week during the ski season months of December to April.

Full Share: A Full Share or 1/20th deeded interest provides you with the best of all worlds. Your Full Share membership will include a fixed deeded ski week, a summer float week where you choose your vacation dates plus three (3) more bonus vacation days to use during the spring, early summer or fall.

The Hyatt Residence Club allots points to all levels of membership. The points are used to like currency to confirm your fixed week in Breckenridge, exchange for different weeks at Hyatt Main Street Station or to visit other Hyatt Residence Club resorts. Ownership with The Hyatt Residence Club also provides you with a complimentary membership to Interval International (II) and access to over 3000 vacation destinations around the world.

Services & Amenities

As an owner at The Hyatt Residence Club, Breckenridge Main Street Station you will enjoy on-site access to an outdoor heated pool, three (3) hot tubs, family-friendly media room, fitness center with state of the art equipment, ski valet locker while in residence, on-site ski and equipment rental, access to the Pioneer Club Lounge and underground parking. The Hyatt Main Street Station services include, but are not limited to:
