Located within Gravity Haus Vail, This Private Residence Club was previously known as The Vail Mountain Lodge. The residence club offering is deeded, property ownership of a two or three bedroom condominium.

The deeded, property ownership is different than the social club and fitness memberships being offered on the Gravity Haus website. While the two clubs share many of the services and amenities offered at the Vail location of Gravity Haus, the deeded, property ownership will always guarantee you have a place to call home in Vail.

How it Works

The residences within The Gravity Haus Vail are truly a boutique fractional offering with only seven suites divided into 1/8th shares giving owners six weeks of deeded ownership. Membership includes three specific ‘fixed weeks’ and one additional float week in prime season as well as two Club weeks in Spring & Fall.

Gravity Haus Vail Amenities & Services

The Private Residences at Gravity Haus Vail have a tremendous amenities package which includes use of Dryland Vail . Members also receive discounted rates at the hotel, spa services and the new Slope Room restaurant. Services include ski valet, daily housekeeping, owner’s storage and complete concierge services for assistance with items such as theater tickets, dinner reservations and childcare.
